European Policy Solutions signed a contract with HyER in September 2015. In the contract Jon Jordan works as an In-house Consultant for the organisation. HyER stands for ‘Hydrogen Fuel Cells and Electro-mobility in European Regions. It is an organisation with 21 Members drawn from the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. The Chair is Councillor Barney Crockett from Aberdeen City Council.

HyER is based in Brussels and Jon is works from their office.  He is also working on EU projects where HyER is involved.

Jon said “This is an exciting contract. It is important that we reduce CO2 emissions in transport to fight climate change  and improve air quality. Hydrogen fuel cells and electro-mobility play a key role in this area. The technologies are important as an energy vector and the technology has important domestic and energy storage potential.”
