HORIZON 2020 RESEARCH AND INNOVATION PROGRAMME – TRANSPORT CALLS IN 2015.

The European Commission held a Transport Information Day to go through the 2015 Transport Calls through the Smart, Green and Integrated Transport Call. These Calls include Mobility for Growth and Green Vehicles. The Mobility for Growth package is broken down into aviation; road ; waterborne ; urban; logistics ; socio-economics ; and infrastructure The Mobility for Growth package is a two stage process and the Green Vehicles package is a single stage process. The deadlines are 23 April for first stage and single stage projects and 15 October for second stage and single stage projects.

There are also calls for the SME Instrument and First Stage to Innovation Programmes for small and medium sized businesses. The SME Instrument has a € 38.9 million budget for transport in 2015. There is a rolling application with four cut off dates during the year.
