NORTH SEA INTERREG VB PROGRAMME ANNOUNCES FIRST CALL

The North Sea INTERREG Programme Secretariat has announced its First Call for projects. The Call will open on 27 April 2015 and will close on 30 June 2015. The Secretariat is also holding an event in Hamburg on 25 & 26 March 2015 to introduce the new Programme and the First Call. Further information is available on the North Sea website (www.northsearegion.eu). As the European Commission still has to approve the North Sea Co-operation Programme, the information given at the moment is provisional. However, the Programme intends to move to a two stage application process. Stage One is an Expression of Interest with Stage Two being a full application. For the First Call only, projects can go straight to Stage Two and submit a full application. This is a recognition that some projects have been in development for some time. Stage One Expressions of Interest will also be welcomed.
