European Policy Solutions with the support of the Dutch fuel cell manufacturer, Nedstack, will hold a one day conference aimed at promoting greater co-operation in the North Sea Region to develop hydrogen ports and the use of hydrogen and fuel cells in maritime activities.
The Conference will take place at the CoSLA Conference Centre in Edinburgh on Tuesday 26 March 2019. The Conference Centre has an excellent location in the West End of Edinburgh and is a very short walk from Haymarket Station which is one of the two mainline train stations in the city.
The Conference will build on the conclusions from the successful European Hydrogen Ports and Maritime Conference which was held in Brussels last November. It will look specifically at work being done in the North Sea Region and it will look at ways in which the policy learning from demonstration projects can be used to promote the greater use of hydrogen in North Sea ports and the maritime sector. The North Sea Region is a key European Region for the import and export of goods in the EU and it features some of the largest European ports
